b2bb13aa69 chore: compress repository banner from PNG to WebP (#235 )

* optimize repository banner using webp compression

* docs: add contributors wall to CONTRIBUTING.md

- replaced the manual contributor list with an auto-generated contributors wall using contrib.rocks for easier maintenance
