Tor-based Ransom Portal (Victim Communication)
Victims received a unique Decryption ID and were directed to the .onion portal to:
- Verify identity via CAPTCHA (anti-DDoS measure)
- Initiate negotiation with LockBit operators
- Receive payment instructions and decryption key after payment
Post-Operation Cronos (Feb 24, 2024)
