4a76ee3db4 Fix AI 
The issue was not resetting the clone array for every
test move.

Clarify some variable names. Shout out to Flavio
Poletti for the comments on the Perl translation.

Game works, but AI behaves differently to the original.

Need to try and remove the globals.

5f664bc71d Removed spaces from top-level directory names. 
Spaces tend to cause annoyances in a Unix-style shell environment.
This change fixes that.
