b492671bf0 Revise the documentation for 80_Slots/perl 
Add instructions on how to restore the BASIC behavior to
80_Slots/perl/slots.pl

Add the entire description section of the Perl documentation (including
the change I made because I thought the original was a bug, and how to
restore the original behavior) to 80_Slots/perl/README.md

1dbd270455 Port 88_Slots to Perl. 
I have made a change in the payout table versus the BASIC, since I
presume the failure to pay a double on LEMON CHERRY LEMON is a bug. See
the documentation in the module for why.

d26dbf036a Removed spaces from top-level directory names. 
Spaces tend to cause annoyances in a Unix-style shell environment.
This change fixes that.
