Add Kotlin version of Animal

Animal fascinated me as a kid. I wrote a version in Modula-2 for a Junior High School project. Didn't realize at the time I was studying binary trees.

Removed spaces from top-level directory names.

Spaces tend to cause annoyances in a Unix-style shell environment.
This change fixes that.
