Soufiane Fariss 1f6ce48e40 refactor RuleMatchesTable ...

This commit:
- add two new base CSS utility classes
- stores the results of parsing in sessionStorage for reuse
- add a new settings option `Show column filters`
- replaces ../../../ with a path shortcut
