Isolates blame churn from the ruff format pass in commit 9b684bb,
which reformatted pre-existing lines in hate_crack/main.py that are
outside the scope of the notifications-submenu feature.
Enable locally with:
git config blame.ignoreRevsFile .git-blame-ignore-revs
