04d8b6421a feat: devcontainers for codespaces, etc. 
* experiment with devcontainer.json

* introduce a docker-compose for devcontainer

* Devcontainers!

* version pop

* Port labeling and a complimentary env variable

* see it to believe it

* Update .devcontainer/devcontainer.json
