Matthieu Baumann 813589bfdc restore the use of last version of moclibrust and cdshealpix. Still need to wait for proper version release so that we can points towards them instead of the github repo. This should fix https://github.com/cds-astro/aladin-lite/issues/163 and https://github.com/cds-astro/aladin-lite/issues/150
