bdaacc8d4c 1. new proof-of-concept anti-circus #2 algo (with no luck); 
trace: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fjukn7xo9ZvZB7aefwxxoGfw564Kph_i/view?usp=sharing (user1 on zoffline host, user7 is 'dancing' on user1 screen)
   world times trace (maybe negatives is cause, |dt| is always less than 100ms):

aa56a2ddef PlayerState.heading(13) wire size bug fixed (really only low 32 bits used in libzwift.jni) 
ClientToServer.seqno and f5 double checked - they are 32 bit on wire.
