zoffline 8b26a315fe Allow launching into a specific map from Launcher screen 
May have to right click on Launcher and "Refresh" to see new screen.

This will not work with Docker installs (or apache installs).

The relay URL is now returned as part of the login response.
More fully implemented this response incl. adding relay url.
This should resolve issue #24

zoffline 3de965cce1 Support only_best param when obtaining segment-results 
Does not fix timing issue with segment results. The issue with that is
that it's calculated based off of world time and not sure exactly what
world time is or how it relates to real time.

Updating to this from 1.0.31087 required that I disable zoffline for
the update (patcher error otherwise). Your mileage may vary.

Basic functionality and drop shop tested to work.
